As a first start,here you are a short video explaining the differences between the UK and Great Britain. There are many learners who use the terms English and British indistinctively. However, as you'll see, they're just not exactly the same.

This is my first post on this blog. My intention is to share a variety of materials with my students and anyone interested in the English language and culture. I'll be posting about different topics, links to websites with listening practice, fun videos, articles on different topics, Word or Idiom of the Month,... And, why not, a Forum with a topic for discussion for all learners to write in their comments This is my first blog and I don't know how good I'll be at blogging but I'm sure the experience will be worthwhile.
